Each issue of the journal is necessarily sent to the Russian State Library, as well as to other leading libraries, educational and scientific institutions of Russia and the Baltic region. All submitted papers are reviewed, as well as checked by the "Anti-Plagiarism" system, according to the results of which a decision is made to include the article in the journal. Only original articles that have not previously been published in other publications are subject to publication in the journal. When submitting a manuscript for review, the author automatically undertakes not to publish it in full or in part in any publication without the consent of the Editorial Board.
